PB Debit Card or Public Bank Debit Card

After doing some research on the internet, which one is better to verifiy my Paypal and withdraw money from Paypal. There are many options like Al Rajhi Debit Card, AMBank Debit Cards etc. The last you should do is to get Public Bank Debit Card or PB Debit Card.

I heard their processing time is pretty slow about one month but it is worth to use PB Debit card to verify your paypal and withdraw the money from Paypal especially for Malaysian.

Anyway, you have to remember that there is annual fee charge which RM24 per Year.
